CRX VTi Starting Problem

Hi,

I have a J reg CRX import with an intermittent starting problem. Sometimes is starts & sometimes not. My local garage can't work it out. Could is be something to do with the immobilizer?

When it doesn't start, the fuel pump is not being engaged. I could wait 5 minutes & then it starts again OK. Anyone heard of this? Could it be a faulty immobilzer? Is it to do with the fact its an import? Are there any specialist Honda/import garages that could help?
