I just rang McGowans honda. Part number 76810-SAA-E01 is €10.05 plus VAT.
I've ordered them from McGowans so you can count me out.

10 euro each. They should be there this afternoon, so I'll pick em up tomorrow morning and report back if you like.

OK, picked these up this morning.
Here's a side by side comparison. You can't quite see that the tabs for the CRX one are at 90 degrees (at the sides) compared to the Jazz one (front and back). You need to turn the CRX washers 90 degrees to take them out. You just push the Jazz ones through - the tabs are a little bigger than the CRX tabs so they seem tight enough when pushed through the bonnet. Here's it fitted: The rubber seal from the CRX needs to be swapped over. It isn't the same shape either. It might be worth picking up rubbers for the Jazz too - I'll see if I can get a code. The spray is MUCH better - you get an arc of water rather than 2 jets. I have no tools with me in work, but I need to adjust the height - as you can see the seal pushes it up at the front and it's aimed at the top of the windscreen.

Looks like there is no seal on the Jazz. I don't think the jets sit on the bonnet. The nozzles are adjustable anyway, so I'll just point them in the right direction.

Any reason they couldn't be used without the seals?
