You should go straight out then.

You get a full briefing in the morning and all the first time drivers get to go out first to get an idea of the track and used of driving it a bit. Trust me 10mins in you'll be grand out there pushing to get faster and improving lines. There will be loads of lads there on the day willing to give advice and sit in or give passenger laps in their own cars.

That's why I always aim for this day. Stephen K will be out in his civic too and squire off here in his eg

Yeah will try get some pics up when I get a chance, its only a straight B20 for now, no vtec unfortunately. As its a DD right now, I will likely stay stock B20 for a while.

Torque is nice though! Nice being able to bypass the stupidly short first gear in my S1 box, something I need to swap out really, 5K rpm on the highway gets a little tedious. I need a longer FD [], never thought Id say that but all the roads are straight here, no curves to use the lower gears!

Ah short FDs are a balls Im only enduring mine becauseof the gains from it on track, I think Id do a better 1/4mile time too if I was using a 4.4 or even the original Y1 box

I wouldnt mind a non vtec B20 Id say they are nice with a few mods..

Yesterday I got these off Mark too after years of telling myself I would take them:

Really wanted them because they came with a full set of centre caps and lug covers too heres one after a quick clean up need to tackle the other 3 during the week:

Yea Mark took a bit of time but will have all four up like that soon.. Would love to split them and polish and spray them up right but Ive heard of loads of the studs breaking on MR5s so dont want to chance it..

Yea James Ill bee keeping these not some lad just looking to turn a quick profit on them..

Ive never seen reps of the lug covers but Im sure you could get something alright..
I got two different lots of replica centre caps for my CF48s the first set were good but the second seat are identical to originals with reenforced tabs so there might be some hope for getting some

I woul;dn't split them - apparently they have to be torqued exactly and in the correct order. Sounds like a nightmare.

After doing the enkeis that wouldn't bother of too much they had 40bolts per wheel it was a nightmare?

Its just the chance of sheering the bolts is putting of off

Sure go for it then. What's the worst that could happen?
