Re-gassing not the problem, it's just not running properly. Same symptoms as when the belt went previously, but the belt is now pretty new and I'm told it's on properly. When you turn on cool, the engine revs rise 500-700 rpm, but the air is not being cooled. Normally the revs drop slightly when you turn it on.
