Default TURBO TIME

Hello All,

As I am back in the fold I need the collectives knowledge on this one please!

I am researching turbo's at the moment for my B16A sir and would like a small turbo maybe a max of a T28, as I would like to aim for 220bhp at the flywheel. Ideally I do not want large power figures as in the short run I would prefer to keep the internals as standard as it is a strong low mileage engine as is.

I have read up on the turbo packages available on sites such as www.turbo-kits.com and although these still need additional parts I still would like to get the majority of the kit in one go.

SO, has anyone here come across a good turbo package and if so can you send me the link. Other comments and advice would be very much appreciated.

Thankas for the link I have read through it a few times however, it is difficult to get one continuous build story from beginning to end on this page. Unfortunatly Mark Lamonds Sir turbo build is nowhere to be seen on his new website whish is a real shame.

Thanks for the del sol link but will this be good for a gen 1 B16 as i thought those guys used the obd1 and 2 setups also I thought their manifolds and exhausts ran a different way?

Has anyone here gone Turbo, out side of that Hairy one in Cork for sale a few weeks ago!?!?!?!

Downey is our resident Turbo expert id say

If I were a Turbo Man (Which i deffo aint), I would piece together a kit, that way you can have it to your wishes, Vokowheels has also asked alot of questions over the last year about turbos as he is doing it too, Hes up north, used to visit the site but not sure anymore.

Have a look on honda-tech.com, the yanks will have made any mistake possible. The is also a website i think of Loz from CRX UK, where he had a list of some parts, from that there are a few other links. I read thins a lond time ago so may not tbe there anymore.

Best of luck with it and keep us updated

Thanks for the tips. By the way I like the look of your K20a install, are you after any parts or do you have your shopping list finished yet!?
