Default Shift light?

Anyone got any info on wiring up a shift light on a vt?
Was thinking on wiring it upto the handbrake light

some people wire them up to the cat light in the dash. handbrake light can be handy for telling that you have low brake fluid. there is a write up about it on crx uk.

I had one wired in my prelude but it was through the switched earth in an Apexi RSM. there are kits you can get wire up but some are fairly expensive.
